Technical Difficulties: The Phantom Posts

Thought I’d put this question out in the blogworld, ’cause it’s frustrating the heck outta me, and maybe some of you are more computer-savvy!Both Google Reader and my own blogroll are showing that my last update was three days ago.But obviously that’s not true. I’ve posted twice since then (not counting this post).Anyone know what could be up? (Of course, I guess I shouldn’t expect an answer, because most people probably won’t even read this thanks to the fact that Google Reader isn’t showing that I’ve posted anything!) *Sigh*

Hey girly! I got two “Technical Difficulties” posts in my Google reader this morning, as well as two that say “Bring on the Christmas Posts” – I don’t think that I ever got a Google reader for that cookie post I see below this one. I hope that helps!!

I’ve been getting them as you post them (actually now I have doubles, did you try to repost?) Try posting in the help forum, sometimes it takes a couple of days but usually someone gets back to you. Hope you sort it out! Nothing more frustrating than blog problems

So frustrating. And blogspot isn’t known for helping with technical stuff. Do you use feedburner? They have a technical troubleshooting page… for me my feeds stopped showing/refreshing when I reached a certain size quota, so I made them shorter (I figured this issue out (and how to fix it) via the feedburner troubleshooting page). Google Reader does screw up a lot and I miss other bloggers’ posts frequently. I don’t have any problems with your blog though.

CCV I have got all of your recent posts, but then I use RSS and not GoogleReader. Since I am a bit tech savvy, my guess is that for some reason GoogleReader is not getting its feeds updated in a timely manner or that feeds are being missed, for some reason. This could be a bug, since I believe that Google has just updated its platform. But don’t know if the Reader was part of that update.
